Are there lockers at Penn Station or Grand Central?
No — and not at Moynihan Train Hall or Port Authority either. New York's big transit hubs removed their coin lockers after 2001 and none have brought them back. Searching for "Penn Station lockers" or "Grand Central lockers" leads to the same answer everywhere: there is nothing to rent inside the stations.
